When you push your rear axle back 10 inches, you completely transform the vehicle's geometry. The result? Unmatched stability on vertical ascents and descents, a smoother ride over punishing terrain, and the wheelbase confidence needed to conquer the hardest trails.

Precision-Formed for the Ultimate Evolution This precision-formed aluminum corner armor dictates the new stretched wheel opening and body lines after trimming. It reshapes the JL 2-door tub for a massive 10-inch stretch and clears big tires—40s comfortably, and up to 42s if you're pushing the absolute limits—while heavily reinforcing the rear body structure.

• Because the armor is engineered to overlap the trimmed areas of your factory tub, minor hand-cutting imperfections are completely hidden. Your final fit and finish will look CNC-perfect and purpose-built.

• Lights Included: Kit includes 6" Oval Lights and the Cut-Outs
• 3/16" Thick 5052 Aluminum Construction: Laser-cut and CNC-formed to provide maximum structural reinforcement while keeping excess weight off your rig

• Massive Tire Clearance: Redesigned wheel arch profile easily accommodates 40" to 42" tires at full articulation.

• Flawless Fitment: Wraps cleanly around the rear tub, acting as both a structural upgrade and a cosmetic enhancement to hide factory sheet metal cuts.

• Fabricated in-house in Colorado, USA: Designed, laser-cut, precision CNC formed, and welded right here in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Installation & Builder Notes: This armor is intended for advanced builders. Installing a 10-inch stretch is a significant project that requires major body modifications, cutting, drilling, installing rivet nuts in the body, and pairing with a custom long-arm suspension setup to physically relocate the rear axle. This corner armor serves as the foundational bodywork to make that stretch possible and visually flawless.
