Specifically tailored for 2012-2018 4-door Jeep Wrangler JKU models, this comprehensive kit is designed to dramatically enhance your vehicle's suspension capabilities and accommodate 1-ton axles.

We have removed the guesswork and created a suspension kit that will perform beautifully on and off the trail. Our Updated (January 2025) Gen-2 kit includes a redesigned heavy-duty removable transmission cross member, a 3/16" thick belly skid plate, an additional engine skid plate, and a new rear frame cross member that doubles as a skid mounting system and a crucial structural member for the rear 4 link bracketry.

• Precision and Compatibility: All link mounting points feature 5/8” holes through 1/4” thick steel plates, which can be drilled out for larger diameters if necessary. The inside mounting distance measures 2-5/8" to a variety of high-quality joints with high misalignment spacers.
• Robust Construction & Seamless Integration: The Gen-2 kit includes a redesigned heavy-duty removable transmission cross member, a 3/16" thick belly skid plate, an engine skid, and a redesigned rear frame cross member that doubles as a skid mounting system and a crucial structural member for your rear 4 link bracketry.
• Versatile Suspension Setup: Depending on your steering configuration—whether full hydraulic or steering box—you can opt for a complete 4 link or a modified 3 link front setup with a track bar. This flexibility allows for exceptional suspension travel, easy clearance for engine oil pans, aftermarket engines, transfer cases, and driveshafts. The rear is a true double triangulated 4 link that eliminates the need for a rear track bar.
• Designed for Convenience and Durability: We’ve incorporated numerous features to make installation quick and servicing your Jeep easy. The kit includes a removable one-piece heavy-duty steel skid plate designed for a snug fit around the front and rear cross members, with countersunk fasteners to create a smooth bottom that avoids hang-ups on obstacles. Additionally, weep holes ensure proper drainage, and a removable panel that provides easy access to the front drive shaft at the transfer case
• Tailored Fit and Exhaust Considerations: Both front and rear upper link mounts are precisely tailored to match the factory frame profile, enhancing the strength of the connection. Note that modifications to the factory exhaust will be required to accommodate the new suspension layout
• Maintained Ground Clearance: The entire suspension setup preserves the factory skid height, ensuring there is no loss of ground clearance, crucial for tackling challenging terrains.
