If you are looking for more grip from your Jeeps axle but are not in the market for expensive electric or air activated lockers, a Yukon Gear & Axle Dura-Grip Locker may be what you are looking for. As a posi-traction locker, if you loose grip on one side, then some of the power from will be transferred to it, allowing for both wheels to spin, but not necessarily at the same speed or with the same power. With a standard open differential that are factory for most Jeeps, you would just spin and spin and get nowhere. Yukon Dura-Grip Lockers are manufactured with forged alloy components and are fully rebuildable.
