The TeraFlex Heavy Duty Dana 44/30 Upper and Lower Ball Joint Set with Knurling is designed to handle the increased load caused by oversized tires and offset wheels on your Jeep Wrangler JK. The upper ball joints utilize hard sintered wear bushings to handle side load demands without failure. The lower ball joints feature threaded top caps for precise and accurate preload when assembled. The machined grease passage in the lower joint housing provides lubrication access without affecting the ball joint load surface. The knurled joints are designed to be a complete replacement to the knuckles that are enlarged due to wear or are replacing existing knurled ball joints. Once the bore is enlarged by installing the knurled joints, the owner/user is committed to them- cannot retrofit non-knurled.
