At the heart of the system is our high-strength tie rod, precision CNC-formed from 1.75” heat-treated 4130 chromoly for exceptional toughness in demanding conditions. The drag link is built from USA-made 1.5” 1026 DOM steel tubing that allows you to retain compatibility with the factory steering stabilizer mount - giving you the flexibility to run stock or upgraded stabilizers as you see fit.

  • Drag link is precision bent from 1.5" x .250 wall 1026 USA made DOM
  • Tie rod is engineered and bent from 1.75" x .188 wall heat treated 4130 chromoly
  • Two stage abrasion resistant powder coat finish for maximum durability and corrosion resistance
  • Synergy metal on metal, fully greaseable tie rod ends include a 4140 steel shank, a 1018 steel bearing housing, and capped with a heavy duty nitrile-butadiene rubber boot and retaining spring
  • Synergy Double Adjuster Sleeve and Pinch Bolt Assembly for easy alignment
  • 100% bolt on components assures an easy, trouble free installation with the use of basic hand tools
  • Heavy Duty Drag Link is precision bent to clear factory axle brackets and is compatible from stock to 4" lifted vehicles; Vehicles over 4" of lift will require a drop pitman arm for compatibility
  • Heat treated tie rod is over 40% stronger than OEM and formed post heat treating for superior strength
  • Engineered for maximum articulation, the heavy duty tie rod is bent to clear sway bar mounts, differential cover, and steering pitman arm
  • Synergy Heavy Duty Tie Rod Ends are larger, stronger, and more durable than stock and include grease fittings and dust boots with retaining rings for easy maintenance
  • Single plane tie rod ends eliminate unwanted drag link or tie rod movement and prevent the dead spot when changing direction
  • Kit is fully adjustable while installed in the vehicle, thanks to our Double Adjuster Sleeve and Pinch Bolt Assembly
  • Both the tie rod and drag link are fully sealed from the elements thanks to our Forged Pinch Bolt housings and complete welded assembly
  • Fabricated clamp designed to retain the factory stabilizer, one of our recommended FOX or KING Stabilizers, or other aftermarket stabilizers with 1/2" mounting bolts
  • Synergy single and dual stabilizer brackets can be ran while retaining a stabilizer in the factory position on the drag link
  • Pinch bolt design eliminates jam nuts, preventing loosening and alignment creep
  • Compatible with stock wheels and tires and stock steering stabilizer
