Our innovative Synergy 2005+ Ford Super Duty Knuckles are engineered to correct steering geometry and eliminate the weak points found in factory knuckles, making them a critical upgrade for lifted Ford Super Duty trucks or Super Duty swapped offroad builds, aggressive custom off-road builds, and high-end show trucks alike. While they were designed as a key component of Synergy’s Super Duty steering correction systems, these knuckles also serve as a standalone heavy-duty replacement for Dana 60 applications running oversized tires and extreme suspension setups.
Manufactured from nodular cast iron, the Synergy knuckles deliver dramatically increased strength over factory cast or other aftermarket designs, which are prone to taper deformation, wallowed-out mounting points, and premature ball joint or tie rod failure under load. Increased material thickness in high-stress areas improves resistance to impact, bending, and fatigue - providing confidence whether you’re crawling trails, hauling heavy loads, or putting miles on a tall street-driven truck.
Each knuckle features a precision-machined flat top to accept an optional high steer arm, allowing the drag link to be run in a raised or flipped configuration or for full hydraulic applications. Adjustable steering stops are integrated to maximize steering angle while protecting components from over-travel.
Designed to be used either solo as a stock replacement, as a component of our Super Duty Swap Kits, or in custom applications in conjunction with our Synergy Flat Top High Steer Arms.
Taper Options:
- Standard taper
- Flipped taper: high steer configuration on driver side knuckle for a flipped tie rod end
- Standard Knuckle kit: contains both driver and passenger side knuckles.
- Flipped Knuckle kit: contains both driver and passenger side knuckles. High steer configuration on driver side knuckle for a flipped tie rod end
Notes:
** 2012 Ford Super Duty trucks were a split year for production. If you have a late model 2012, please verify the caliper bolt split to ensure you select the correct knuckle replacement to match your calipers.
*** Synergy 8800-01 Drag Link is required for high steer applications
**** Synergy Steering Correction Kit or a custom track bar relocation kit is required for high steel applications
