The RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axles for Jeep JL Dana 30 provide unmatched strength and levelness of ride quality you can feel. RCV FAD JL axle kits with FAD ( Front Axle Disconnect) retain 100% functionality of the OEM 27 Spline Front Axle Disconnect design. The RCVs are straightforwardly a simple replacement for your OEM Jeep JL axle shafts with a high-strength constant velocity design. The kit includes a 2-piece inner passenger-side shaft, with an upgraded RCV coupler and bronze bushing. RCVs CV Axles eliminate vibration, swaying, and teetering caused by the uneven power delivery of a u-joint axle. The RCV Jeep JL CV Axles for Dana 30 is 18% larger than their previous Dana 30 design and uses their same Dana 60 engineering. The RCV CV Axles provide 6 points of fully-engaged contact throughout any angle up to 45 degrees, providing 100% strength even when the steering is turned to lock. The FAD module will control the disengagement exactly as OEM. All RCV Axles are backed with a Lifetime Warranty against breakage up to a 37" tire.
