When an independent front suspension (IFS) vehicle is fitted with a suspension lift, the caster and camber can be pushed outside factory specifications. IFS vehicles generally have a few degrees of adjustment in their camber and caster from the factory. Adding these Old Man Emu control arms brings the alignment cams back into an acceptable range for both caster and camber.
Each control arm is carefully constructed to meet all VSB14 requirements. The ball joint housings and eyelets are made from forged steel for added strength. The ball joints are greasable and include protective caps to endure rough conditions, while also holding up long-term. All of this is coated in a durable black powdercoat finish that looks great and protects the control arms. Order the pair recommended for your vehicle application.

Notes:
** Alignment is required after installation. If the vehicle is fitted with aftermarket tires/wheels, fender clearance should be checked. Additional caster may be required if the wheels/tires do not clear. Wheel alignment information is included in the fitting instructions
*** The upper control arms will provide an increase between +2.5 and +3.5 degrees of caster and up to 1.5 degrees of negative camber increase (figures based off an approximate 50mm or 2" lift)
