The Motobilt Dana 60 Ford Super Duty diff cover is a heavy duty high clearance design. The diff cover ring is made out of 3/8 inch thick steel plate that is laser cut in house at Motobilt. Next a 1/4 inch thick laser cut plate is cnc formed and welded by hand inside and out. A large 3/4 inch NPT fill plug is used for easy service.
This Ford Supder Duty Dana 60 cover differs then the standard dana 60 cover because it is an ultra tight fitting design. This extra clearance allows you to run our HD diff cover with out interfering with the stock steering components.

- 9/16 allen head- for the fill plug
- 12 point 3/8 socket and ratchet
