Motobilt Round Tail Light Conversion Kit (Wrangler JK 2007-2018)

Factory Jeep JK or JKU tail lights are prone to trail damage due to the fact that they sit 3" out from the body. This kit allows you install flush mounted round tail lights within the factory tail light opening, with minimal modifications. This kit consists of a pair of steel cover plates that are CNC precision formed to the unique curved shape of the JK-JKU rear corner sheet metal. We have included a cut out that is sized to accept many brands of off-the-shelf grommet style 4" round light tails. Each plate includes six (6) mounting holes. Drilling into your factory sheet metal is required. Stainless steel fasteners provided.

Kit Includes:
- Two (1) tail light panels
- Necessary hardware

• Ships bare metal
• Will work with LED or incandescent lights (not included)
• If installing LED lights, you will need a pair of resistors (not included) to ensure proper operation with the canbus system
• Accepts many brands off-the-shelf grommet style 4" round LED tail lights
• Allows for flush mounted round tail lights within the factory tail light opening with minimal modifications

Notes:
** Cutting of the factory sheet metal is required for proper installation. 
*** Once these light mounts are installed, the factory tail lights cannot be reinstalled at a later date
