The Ram 2500 Front True Dual Rate™ Coils are manufactured of hi-tensile chrome silicon steel alloy that surpasses the typical aftermarket coil springs in extended length, ride quality and long-lasting durability.
MetalCloak has perfected dual rate coils for the Ram market and provides stable off-road articulation, amazing on road handling, and great load handling capability. Our True Dual Rate™ Coils provide a lifted ride height and improves drivability over stock performance.
Front RAM True Dual-Rate anti-bow springs do not neck down like 'typical coils" and alleviates coil bow as the additional support from the larger diameter coil maintains structure and provides better performance.
The front coils are supported by upper and lower coil correction captures. The front upper coil pads are made of polyurethane keep the front coils centered and help with Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH).
The lower coil correction captures are made of strong 3/16” steel, are angled to capture the coil and eliminate coil bow. The lower coil correction captures are finished in gold zinc to protect them against the elements.
