KC Hilites Platform One Roof Rack with 360° Lighting (Super Duty 2017+)

The KC Platform One™ Roof Rack with 360° Lighting is a fully integrated roof rack and lighting system engineered specifically for 2017-2026 Ford Super Duty crew cab trucks. Designed as a complete solution, this bundle combines a vehicle-specific, bolt-on roof rack with KC’s most advanced overhead and side lighting to deliver all-around visibility, modular utility, and Power-Ready™ integration in one cohesive setup.

At the core of the system is the Platform One™ (PL1) roof rack, a hybrid rack design that blends the clean styling of precision-formed sheet metal with the versatility of a full platform rack. Precision-cut side rails, adjustable support crossbars, and a slotted upper mounting deck create a strong, modular foundation for work gear, overland equipment, rooftop accessories, and long-haul utility. Designed to bolt directly to factory mounting points, PL1 delivers a secure, low-profile fit while maintaining the strength required for heavy-duty use on and off the pavement.

Forward lighting is handled by the Gravity® Titan® 57" LED Light Bar (SKU 91419), KC’s most advanced lighting platform. Powered by the Titan Core and 3-Source LED optics, Titan produces a larger illumination zone, increased peak intensity, and greater beam distance than previous Gravity platforms. Dual Power Modes allow you to switch between full High Power Mode for nighttime driving and an integrated Amber Dust Light that serves as a highly visible marker in dusty, snowy, or low-visibility conditions.

Integrated into the Platform One™ side rails are Profile 10" SideCast™ flush-mount lights, purpose-built for side and perimeter illumination. Using KC’s custom BiasBeam™ optics, each light casts focused illumination from +10° above to -50° below the horizon, making them ideal for jobsite lighting, campsite setups, trailer hookups, and low-speed technical terrain. DualColor output allows you to switch between white light for maximum visibility or amber light for reduced glare and improved performance in dust or fog.

Built with Power-Ready™ architecture, the Platform One™ roof rack features hidden internal wire management channels and dedicated access points, allowing for clean, protected routing of all lighting wiring. The result is a refined, factory-style installation that integrates seamlessly into KC’s lighting ecosystem while matching the Super Duty’s rugged capability.
