Hard install
Had metal paper clip inside unit glad I saw it before installing. No air valves cap. Would not install with air valve on. Difficult to install air valve after filter on.

New and improved! Toyota Lexus Cartridge to Spin-On Oil Filter Adapter. Universal fitment for most Toyota Lexus engines. Fits 2.0 liter and larger engines (some V8's). Advantages: Includes a Schrader valve option for oil filter and system evacuation using compressed air, for an efficient and clean oil filter removal. Retains more engine oil post-filtration for fast oil delivery and pressure at start up. Spring-loaded docking collar. All seals are made of Viton. Machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Made in the USA.

** Replaces TS-501-BK
*** 4Runner & FJ Cruiser require TRD or aftermarket skid plate for filter clearance
**** Minor modifications may be needed on some vehicles to gain necessary clearances for installation and may require some mechanical aptitude
