The extended length also serves to put minimal stress on the shift lever, which will greatly improve shifting effort and longevity. Made from durable machined billet aluminum and 4340 steel, this item is a serious upgrade over the stock Wrangler JK transfer case shift lever. The attractive black shift knob is a simple direct fit installation.
