The EVC Throttle Controller is an award-winning throttle response controller that allows you to tune the responsiveness of your vehicle’s engine. The EVC throttle controller gives you complete control over the responsiveness of your vehicle. It does this by providing new points of reference for your throttle mapping, introducing either a sharper or duller throttle curve depending on what mode/setting has been selected. Introducing a sharper throttle curve not only reduces throttle lag but it also actuates the throttle quicker, thus opening the butterfly quicker. It does this by adjusting the torque request to your throttle table, similar to the way professional tuners manually adjust the throttle tables when ECU tuning. It is also bringing the throttle in earlier throughout the pedal stroke to reduce throttle lag/dead zone in the pedal. The EVC is suitable for most cars made after 2000 and can be programmed to both automatic and manual transmissions. The EVC plugs directly into your factory pedal plug and can generally be installed in as little as 5 minutes.

Great product really works like it says it does.. I drive my Jeep on u4 daily and gives me the extra boost when needed. I have 33s on 22x12 2.5 inch lift you feel the difference with the idrive great product so far only had it for about 3 weeks

Just installed my Idrive in my 08 Jeep Wrangler what a difference in throttle response & I only have mine set in AC mode & wow what a difference really impressed with this product & would recommend it to users & super easy to install

Just installed on the Jeep with 35” tires So far really liking it and expect to like it more as I play with it driving in different conditions , easy install, it’s just getting to the Jeep connections that’s the challenge
I finally gave into speculation on this product and purchased it to see if it would improve my lagging throttle while running 40's with 4.10 gears. It did that, and more. I personally drive in U9 all the time, and my Jeep now hops off the line from a red light. My biggest complaint before was mid range throttle at highway speeds.... that is now back. Acceleration is much more rushed, and throttle input more precise. I gave a 4 only b/c I am still trying to find a happy medium with my settings offroad. So far everything seems too touchy.
After your lift bigger tires ugraded gears ugraded drive shafts upgraded brakes your left with that slight slow off the line get up and go..... its not horrible but it can get a little annoying. IDrive fixes that immediately! Need to get arou d that person in a hurry, need to get up and go, tired of the pedal lag this thing is PERFECT!! This should be added into your upgrades immediately!!
