TeraFlex Extended-Travel System | 1.5"+ Lift (Gladiator JT 2020+)

The complete TeraFlex JT: Extended-Travel System includes every component required to maximize rear suspension travel on JT Gladiator models with a 1.5”+ rear lift. This system allows for up to 16” of rear suspension travel while preventing damage to suspension components, shock absorbers, and fenders. This complete system combines our standard Extended-Travel Accessory Kit (# 4834100) with our Rear Upper Control Arm Extended-Travel Axle Bracket Kit (# 1938225), Rear Forged ST Sway Bar Kit (# 1774700), 1.5” Rear Driveshaft Lowering Kit (# 4801000), Rear Upper & Rear Lower Coil Spring Retainer Kit (# 4954000), and Rear Brake Line Anchor Kit (# 1101455). Our standard Extended-Travel Accessory Kit includes 33” Rear Stainless Steel Braided Brake Line Kit (# 4356100), 16” PVC Breather Hose, ABS Wire Extension Harnesses, 2” Aluminum Parking Brake Cable Spacers.

• Extended-Travel System: Extended-Travel System safely provides 16” of rear suspension travel
• For use w/ extended-travel Falcon Shocks (3.5–4.5” Lift) Extended-Travel Axle Bracket Kit 
• Rear Upper Control Arms: Eliminates pinion dive during full droop w/ extended-travel Falcon Shocks (3.5–4.5” Lift)
• Corrects rear suspension geometry and improves handling and ride quality on vehicles w/ 1”+ rear lift
• Relocates rear upper control arm axle mounts
• Bolt-on Extended-Travel Axle Brackets install between factory axle mounts and rear upper control arms
• Welded and powder coated steel brackets
• High-quality OEM grade coatings on all components to prevent rust and corrosion
• Forged ST Sway Bar Kit – Rear: Allows for up to 16" of wheel travel
• Relocates the sway bar from the axle to the frame to prevent damage to the sway bar
• For use w/ extended-travel Falcon Shocks (3.5–4.5” Lift)
• Provides same stability as factory rear sway bar
• Requires a minimum of 2” rear bump stop
• Forged and heat-treated 4140 Rear Sway Bar w/ hex head design
• Features curved Forged Sway Bar Arms for clearance through full suspension movement
• OEM-style Teflon-coated Sway Bar Bushings for reduced noise and long life
• Includes Rear Sway Bar Links, Frame Mounting Brackets, and extruded aluminum Axle Mounting Brackets
• 1.5” Driveshaft Lowering Kit – Rear: Lowers the rear driveshaft center support mount to improve driveshaft angles during full droop
• For use w/ extended-travel Falcon Shocks (3.5–4.5” Lift)
• Coil Spring Retainer Kit – Rear Upper & Rear Lower: Rear Coil Spring Retainers prevent the springs from unseating during full suspension travel
• Brake Line Anchor Kit – Rear: Clamps around rear sway bar link and brake line for easy installation
• Anchors can be positioned for best fit and clearance
• Molded rubber construction safely and securely retains brake line
• Molded rubber also features a recessed channel for vehicle speed sensor wire

Notes:
** REQUIRES aftermarket wheels w/ 4.75” backspacing or less — or 1.75” Wheel Offset Adapter Kit (# 1057000) for stock wheels — NOT INCLUDED. 
*** Does NOT work w/ the 13” Rear Sway Bar Link Kit (# 1774300).
**** REQUIRES a minimum of 2.5” Rear Bump Stop/Strike Pad Extensions/Shims.
***** Sport/Overland fenders REQUIRE 3” Front and 2.5” Rear Bump Stop/Strike Pad Extensions/Shims (NOT INCLUDED) to fit 35” tires. 
****** Rubicon/Mojave fenders REQUIRE 2” Front and 2.5” Rear Bump Stop/Strike Pad Extensions/Shims (NOT INCLUDED) to fit 37” tires.
