The Smittybilt SRC Heavy Duty PIvot Tire Carrier is designed to provide your Jeep Wrangler JK with a strong, durable tire carrier that helps to eliminate tailgate sag. This carrier can hold up to a 37" tire and increases load capacity to 135 pounds. The mounting brackets are made from forged chrome material, making them approximately 30% stronger than steel. The protective EPDM gaskets are included to protect your factory finish. The carrier maintains the easy single action of opening and closing the tailgate. There is no drilling required for proper installation.
