The Rock Hard 4x4 Fuel Tank Skid Plate is designed to protect your Jeep Wrangler JK's vulnerable fuel tank from damage while out on the trail. This 3/16" skid is precision laser cut and CNC bent for a perfect fit. It fits directly over your factory skid plate, so removal of your existing one is not necessary for proper installation. Drilling 3 holes is required for the additional 3/8" bolts, which are supplied. The two front factory bolts are replaced with tapered bolt head protectors to allow rocks to slide across them with ease and still allow you to get a socket on the bolt heads for removal. This skid comes with a black textured powder coat finish for long lasting looks and durability.
