The RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axles for Jeep JL Rubicon Dana 44 with 35 Spline provide unmatched strength and levelness of ride quality you can feel. RCV 1-piece JL Rubicon 35 Spline ( at the differential for both inner axles) Axle Kits replace the OEM 2-piece axles and FAD coupler with a single shaft. The inner shaft is designed to fit the FAD axle seals, and provide clearance to re-install the FAD module. The FAD will function, but instead of shifting the coupler in the axle, the fork will just move across the inner axle. This does not cause any functionality issues or dash light warnings. RCVs CV Axles eliminate vibration, swaying, and teetering caused by the uneven power delivery of a u-joint axle. The RCV Jeep JL Rubicon CV Axles for Dana 44 with 35 Spline is 18% larger than their previous Dana 44 design and uses their same Dana 60 engineering. The RCV CV Axles provide 6 points of fully-engaged contact throughout any angle up to 45 degrees, providing 100% strength even when the steering is turned to lock. All RCV Axles are backed with a Lifetime Warranty against breakage up to a 43" tire.
