When you upgrade to PSC’s BIG BORE XD Steering Gear, you’re stepping into serious performance territory—and that means your mounting hardware needs to keep up. This kit is specifically for people installing the BIG BORE XD Steering Gear on a project that also includes a Synergy Manufacturing-type Track Bar Brace, providing the right bolts and washers to keep everything locked down tight.

Using factory bolts or even the ones PSC includes with the steering gear just won’t cut it here. Without this kit, you risk cracking the gear case—and that’s a problem nobody wants to deal with after a weekend on the trail.

Whether you’re building out a JK, JL, or JT, use this hardware kit to ensure your steering setup is strong, safe, and ready for whatever you throw at it.

- Two (2) 12-1.5 x 110m 10.9HD bolts
- Two (2) 12mm HD washers
- Two (2) 12mm lock washers
