A 'Cab Mount Chop' or 'Body Mount Chop' is the process of trimming and capping your body mount below the front firewall. This allows for adequate turn radius without rubbing after installing taller or wider tires. These plates are precision laser cut from 10 gauge (just over 1/8" thick) cold rolled CR5 steel, which is ideal for exterior automotive applications.
