MetalCloak JL/JT Outboard Front Lower Shock Mount Spacer Kit is engineered to move the lower shock mounts away from the JL Wrangler & JT Gladiator Jeep frame rails for shock body clearance and turn shock eyelets for optimized performance.
When adding wheel travel shocks need space to move with the axle. Factory mounts will bind and run the shock into the frame causing damage. MetalCloak outboard shock mounts provide the shock bodies the room to keep from interfering with the Jeep frame rails. The brackets also reconfigure the shock eyelet 90 degrees from the OE so the shocks may pivot vs go into bind like factory mounted style.
MetalCloak's Outboard Front Lower Shock Mounts are made of strong 3/16" steel plate and provide all the needed clearance and rotates the RockSport Black shock eyelet the correct direction to optimize performance. Product is Finished in our signature gold zinc for great looks. This is an easy to install, Made in the USA, bolt on kit that will improve the performance of your shocks.
