Hoist-A-Top Simple lifts from two points on the ceiling and attaches to the top with custom strap and the Patented Smart Hook which allows you to close your rear window in storage. Lifting is provided by quality worm drive crank and steel cables; No nylon ropes or hand pulling necessary!
When it is time to get that heavy hardtop off your Jeep, but there is no one around to help, then let Lange Originals Hoist-A-Top give you that helping hand you need. With this perfectly engineered product, you can easily lift off that hardtop and safely keep it stored for as long as you want. No need to really worry about space — it is just that easy as the top stores up and out of the way. Lange's Hoist-A-Top lifts the hardtop from two anchor points on the ceiling and attaches to the top with custom straps and Patented Smart Hooks that keeps the rear lift gate window closed while removing and during its storage. Lifting power is provided by a reliable worm drive hand crank winch and braided steel cables that will keep your hardtop securely suspended until you are ready to put it back on your Jeep. All hardware is included and the Hoist-A-Top installs with simple hand tools.

* Hoist-A-Top Simple does not store the Freedom Panel pieces
** It has come to our attention that some customers with OEM painted hard-tops are experiencing issues with the nylon lifting strap. What is being reported is the nylon strap is leaving behind a residue or dye that is very difficult to remove. We are unclear as to why this is happening to a select few OEM painted hard-tops; however we are working hard to remedy the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime we are advising if you have an OEM painted hard-top that you use some sort of middle barrier (painters tape or cleaning cloths) to prevent the nylon strap from coming into contact with your hard-top. If you do this it will prevent any paint damage to your colored top.
*** Minor drilling of your garage ceiling and wall is required for proper installation. No drilling of your Jeep is needed
