Our Jeep JL Replacement Ball Joint Kit is designed to survive oversized tires, harder steering loads, and the kind of heat and abuse that kills factory joints early.This kit includes both flush and standard grease zerks, making it compatible with stock and aftermarket axle shaft setups while giving you proper service access. Greaseable, serviceable boots help manage heat and contamination, extending service life in high-temperature, high-articulation environments like rock crawling, desert running, and heavy trail use.
At their core are SAE 4140 chromoly studs with rolled threads, delivering serious tensile strength and fatigue resistance where it matters most. The SAE 1045 ultra-strong knurled housing, finished in DV8’s signature green, locks securely into the knuckle to prevent movement under heavy load. Finished with a laser-etched DV8 logo, this ball joint kit fits Dana 30 and Dana 44 axles and is engineered to keep up with tough trail conditions.
