The Trac-Lok unit in JK Wranglers is a factory anti-spin (posi traction) unit that is great for mild off roading. The Crown Automotive Trac-Lok Differential Case Assembly replaces the worn out unit in your Dana 44 axle. This assembly is made from a new housing and fresh internal gears and clutch discs, so there is no rebuilding needed, this is a drop in unit. Included as well are new ring gear bolts and side bearings so you should have everything that you need to replace your axles differential.

Kit Includes:
- Trac-Lok differential case assembly
- Ring gear bolts
- Differential side bearings

• Can be used as a replacement for the factory posi-traction unit or can install in place of a conventional open-differential if you are looking for more grip in softer conditions
• The factory Trac-Lok is a posi-traction (anti-spin) differential. It uses internal clutch discs to lock both axles together when it senses slip on one side
• Assembled carrier with internal gears, includes side bearings and ring gear bolts, everything you need to rebuild the differential area of the Dana 44 rear axle
